Danari’s leadership supported UNCBD in developing its communications strategy in the lead up to COP15, where a new biodiversity framework was unveiled in Montreal, Canada in 2022. Starting at COP14 in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, Danari provided narrative support, led speechwriting for the executive secretary of the Secretariat, fostered partnerships, and promoted youth inclusion.
With Danari’s help, UNCBD achieved its landmark Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, including targets to conserve 30 percent of land and water, and restore 30 percent of degraded ecosystems.
