Anna-Joy is a Senior Partner at Danari Global, where she leads executive coaching, strategic communications, and country-branding practices. Over the course of her career, Anna-Joy has had the privilege of advising national political leaders implementing transformational reforms in their countries, including a West African Prime Minister positioning his country internationally, a Sahelian Presidency responding to Covid, Central American education ministers rolling out entrepreneurship programs, and European diplomats responding to crisis regions, among many other areas.
Anna-Joy has previously worked for the Tony Blair Institute and as Executive Director of the Centre for Global Equality housed in the University of Cambridge, and has held leadership roles in various nonprofits. She is an experienced leadership coach and specializes in working with diverse leaders to develop flagship impact and legacy-building programs. As the host and producer of the Great British Foreign Affairs podcast, she regularly briefs UK parliamentarians and policymakers on diplomacy, defense, and trade. She is an executive board member of the London-based think tank The Centre for Long-Term Resilience and a professional Associate of Hughes Hall College, University of Cambridge.
Anna-Joy is a graduate of the University of Oxford and works in four languages — English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
