Trycia Van Den Berg is a Senior Advisor at Danari Global, where she brings 15+ years of experience advising governments, international institutions, and senior leaders on strategy, public policy, and high-level communications across Africa. An economist and Africa policy expert, Trycia has worked with leading multilateral institutions including the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), the European Union, and the World Bank, contributing to complex, multi-country policy and development initiatives. Her work combines political economy analysis, geopolitical positioning, and stakeholder engagement to support decision-making in high-stakes environments.
As an example of her impact, Trycia led a cross-sector partnership that mobilized €15 million in funding for decentralized renewable energy projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, delivering sustainable energy access for thousands of people while strengthening public-private partnership models. In the Democratic Republic of Congo, she supported the financing and deployment of a digital capacity-building program, acting as a strategic interface between public authorities, donors, and private operators.
Beyond policy design, Trycia advises senior executives and public leaders on strategic narrative, executive communications, and thought leadership. She is recognized for translating complex policy and geopolitical issues into clear, credible, and influential narratives.
Trycia also serves as CEO at 3MBIS, a strategy and intelligence advisory firm, and as France Representative of the Davos Europe Asia Economic Summit (EAES). She is bilingual in English and French, with working knowledge of Lingala and Swahili.
